Who We Are
Arc Bauen Limited was formed in 2017 to carry out Construction Management and Contract Administrator duties on new-build supermarkets together with store refurbishments, extensions and conversions for Aldi Stores Ltd within their Cardiff Region.
Aldi’s Cardiff Region covers the southerly half of Wales (from Aberystwyth downwards) and the SW counties of England (which includes Bristol and the west of the M5 – Somerset, Devon and Cornwall).
Arc Bauen act as Principal Contactor from a CDM 2015 perspective and focus on providing a transparent, accountable and a modern professional service. We are a Client focused company and we pride ourselves in developing long term Client relationships. We embrace technology and in so doing are mindful of the environment and minimising waste. We strive to be a paperless office and have invested in cloud-based technologies and virtual machines. Our office is based in Ham Green, Bristol.
